My name is Stefano, and together with my family, I have decided to open the doors of our home in Spoleto to share a treasure you won’t find in restaurants: true home cooking, made of ancient gestures and ingredients that smell of the Umbrian land.

Our Home, Your Hearth Domus Umbria is not a hotel or an impersonal cooking school. It is our home. Here, within the walls that tell our story, every guest is welcomed like an old friend. Our philosophy is simple: we want you to feel like part of the family. While the water boils and the flour flies, we will tell you about Spoleto, its ancient traditions, and how our family has lived in this magical territory through the seasons.

The Secret of Fresh Pasta Our Cooking Classes are born from the desire to keep the art of “handmade” alive. Seeing a mound of flour transform into a silky, elastic dough using only the strength of your hands is a magic we want you to experience. We will teach you the secrets of perfect proportions, the difference between local grains, and the technique to create traditional shapes like Stringozzi or Tagliatelle. Every egg cracked and every stroke of the rolling pin is a step toward understanding Italian culture.
